1. Use of the app

Mimi - CalmBaby is intended for personal, non‑commercial use by parents and caregivers to play soothing sounds for babies. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.

2. No medical advice

Mimi - CalmBaby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always follow the safe sleep guidelines recommended by your healthcare provider and never leave a baby unattended.

3. Account and registration

The App does not require a user account or registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. In‑app purchases and ads

Mimi - CalmBaby may include:

• In‑app purchases (for example, “Remove Ads”).
• Advertising provided by third parties.

All purchases are processed by the app store provider (Apple App Store or similar) and are subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for payment processing issues or billing disputes handled by the store.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the App (including UI, graphics, text, sounds, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
• The sounds will help a baby fall asleep in all cases.
• Any defects will always be corrected immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data.
• Device malfunction.
• Any harm resulting from improper use of the App.

8. Changes to the app and terms

We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
